Who is responsible for your data
The controller for personal data collected through lucenstudios.io is Gamper Klimmek Consulting (Jessica Gamper Klimmek), Seeburgstrasse 22, 6006 Luzern, Switzerland. For any privacy matter, contact hello@gamperklimmek.com.
What we collect, why, and on what legal basis
- Your email address — only if you enter it into our waitlist / newsletter form. We use it to email you about Lucen Studios apps and updates. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 6 nDSG), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Anything you send us — when you pitch an idea or contact us by email, we receive your name, email, and message. Note that our pitch form simply opens a draft in your own email app; nothing is sent until you send it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 31 nDSG), or your consent.
- Technical server logs — our hosting provider automatically processes limited technical data (IP address, browser and operating system, referrer, timestamp, pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 31 nDSG).
Providing any of this is voluntary — you can browse the site without giving us anything. We only ask for what we actually need (data minimisation).
Cookies, tracking & fonts
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Our fonts are self-hosted — served from this site, not from a third-party font network — so simply loading a page sends your data to no one.
Who we share data with (processors)
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site, and only as far as needed:
- Supabase — our database, which stores waitlist emails. Hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosts and delivers the website and processes the technical server logs above. Vercel is certified under the EU–US and Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Email — messages you send us are received in our own mailbox at hello@gamperklimmek.com.
We never sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
International data transfers
Waitlist emails are stored in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt) and are not transferred out of it by us. Website hosting and server logs involve Vercel in the USA, which relies on the EU–US / Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework; where an additional safeguard is required we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Messages you send us are kept only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the Swiss nDSG and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you;
- have it corrected or completed;
- have it deleted;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive it in a portable format (data portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that already happened.
Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe. To exercise any right, email hello@gamperklimmek.com — we respond within 30 days.
Right to complain
You can lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), edoeb.admin.ch. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
We may update this page as the studio and its products grow. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
